Dingle Food Hygiene Course
Do you know that it is important not to prepare cooked and raw foods on the same surface?
That you should store raw foods at the bottoms of the fridge below cooked foods and foods that you can eat without cooking?
A NEW 2 week Accredited Course will cover subjects including
The correct way to store, handle and cook food.
The course runs from:
Wednesday 8th until Wednesday 15th February 2017
Between 5:30 and 7:45pm
The course is facilitated by Eduk8 Partnership Ltd.
10 credits, valid for 3 years, are awarded upon completion of the course.
The credits can help towards gaining further qualifications and may enhance your opportunities for employment within the food/catering industry.
