Helping others.

Using the words from the Bible:

"For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink,

I was a stranger and you invited me in."   Matthew 25:35

This may mean God wants us to help our classmates.

Children discussed the question "can we always make a difference?"

Today we listened to the song " I needed a neighbour, were you there".

During private reflection the children's first thoughts.  The children was introduced to new language agree and disgrace as the  stretch out their palms to give their opinions and thoughts.

Rosie opened with first thoughts  the song means if somebody needs help you will be there it doesn't matter what colour of your skin or hair they have got. We have a voice.

Mason disagreed with Rosie saying the song was about God because God is powerful.

Sophie agreed with Mason saying I think all people should have the same hair colour.

Hughie I agree with Masons answer is about God Mason said God is powerful and he is.

Philosopher of the Week is Rosie for being a caring thinker.
